For order(s) delivered to West Malaysia* the delivery charge will be RM5.00 (Five Ringgit Malaysia) only which will be automatically charged to your payment.
* For states inclusive of Penang, Kedah, Perlis, Perak, Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Selangor, Johor and Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.For order(s) delivered to East Malaysia**, the delivery charge will be RM10.00 (Ten Ringgit Malaysia) only which will be automatically charged to your payment.
** For states inclusive of Sabah and SarawakFor orders which amounted to total payment of RM100.00 (One Hundred Ringgit Malaysia), delivery charge will be waived, irregardless of delivery destination. This delivery service promotion valid in Malaysia only.
Once we have confirmed your payment, your order(s) will be sorted and arranged for delivery. Our delivery agent is Kangaroo Worldwide Express Sdn Bhd. Kangaroo Worldwide Express Sn Bhd is our appointed third-party courier system and by no means authorised to transact and accept payment of any nature whatsoever from you.
Your delivered order will need to be validated with signature of acknowledgement. If no one is on hand to receive and acknowledge the order(s), the courier agent will deliver your order(s) to the nearest collection centre, awaiting further action. You may then arrange for a new delivery period or visit the collection centre to collect by hand.Note: Any communication from this point will be between you and Kangaroo and Innoform Media will not be responsible for problems arisen during this period. Innoform Media shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. However, if you failed to collect your order within fourteen (14) days of delivery date, your goods will be delivered back to us and returned to the inventory. You will, thus have to place new orders and make new payments with us again.

All delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. Unfortunately, American Express, Master Card, Discover, Visa, Optima, or, Pay Pal is not available as payment at this time.-For Retailer in KL, Selangor or Klang Valley, we provide Door Step Delivery, we can set up an appointment after you place an order. We will bring the ordered item direct to you BY HAND and you can pay us when you receive your ordered item in good condition. We prefer this method because we can meet you and add more personal touch to a business deal.
